These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nexivoinc.online and the booking assistance services provided by Nexivo Inc. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Nexivo Inc is an independent third-party travel assistance service. We help customers search, compare and book rental vehicles in the United States and Canada. We are not a car rental company, do not own or operate vehicles, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any rental brand unless expressly stated.

2. Supplier terms

Every rental is provided by an independent supplier. When you book, you enter into a rental agreement with that supplier, and their terms — including age limits, deposits, insurance, mileage, fuel, cross-border and late-return rules — apply. You must review and accept the supplier's rental agreement at pick-up.

3. Prices & currency

• All prices on this website and in our quotes are in US Dollars (USD), including for rentals in Canada.
• "From" prices are indicative and not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.
• Rates may exclude local taxes, airport concession fees, young-driver fees, one-way fees and optional extras, which will be explained before you confirm.
• If a supplier charges in Canadian Dollars, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fees.

4. Service fee

We may charge a service fee for our booking assistance. It is disclosed before you confirm and is separate from the supplier's rental charges. Refund terms for the service fee are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information, including driver age and pick-up details.
• Hold a valid driver's license and a credit card in the main driver's name.
• Carry required travel documents, especially for cross-border trips.
• Follow all traffic laws and the supplier's rental agreement.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment providers or directly by the supplier. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

7. Changes & cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to supplier rules and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Some prepaid or discounted rates may be non-refundable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexivo Inc is not liable for the acts, omissions, vehicle condition, availability or policies of rental suppliers, or for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, natural disasters, strikes or government actions). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid us for the booking concerned.

9. Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial purposes without permission. Trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
